The graphite work stool can have an optional graphite / graphite frame applique, the smoke / titanium work stool can have an optional titanium / smoke frame applique and the polished aluminium work stool can have an optional polished auluminium / graphite frame applique. These appliques are applied to an Aeron work stool's seat, back and arms to minimise the effect of contact between the stool and a soft-edge surface, such as wood. The polished auluminium / graphite option, on the polished aluminium stool, does not include an arm coating.
